Eaton Industries Canada IT channel manager Jodi Bonham was on hand at the 5th annual CDN Women of the IT Channel Recognition Luncheon and believes shows such as this one brings more awareness to the cause of Women in IT.
Bonham, who is also a board member of the Canadian Channel Chiefs Council, voted on the Rising Star award, won by Scalar Decisions Aoife McMonagle.
In this video interview, Bonham added that Eaton has a global initiative on diversity that works to promote internally women to upper management positions. This diversity strategy has three main pillars: enhancement, promotion and mentoring of women.
