As co-chair of the Professional Development and Accreditation Committee, Tara Fine is responsible for working with a volunteer team to research and recommend an annual professional development course curriculum to further advance the career of channel professionals.
In September 2016 Tara Fine Channel Chief with VWware following a merger with Dell. She was the first internal transfer between the two companies across the planet. Prior to her role as Channel Chief, she served as Dell’s Director of Sales for the Global Commercial Channels of North America. Known for her “customer-first” leadership approach as well as her ability to work collaboratively across the organization, Tara has a proven track record of driving structure, partner certifications and introducing and implementing change to solve customer needs and better serve her partners and team.
Prior to her 16-years within Dells’ Channel organization, Fine held leadership roles within the Consumer, SMB, & On-line sales segments in addition to having built and led the SMB Sales Operations team in Canada.
