Karen Pugliese is the Canadian country leader for CommScope, a global leader in infrastructure solutions for communications networks. In her role, she oversees sales, the indirect channel, customer management, and the full suite of CommScope solutions to enterprise customers across Canada. She previously held executive roles with GE Capital, GE Healthcare, Stanley Security, and Katz Group, before joining CommScope in 2010.
Karen is a sought-after speaker bringing a breadth of knowledge and experience on topics ranging from women in leadership and mentorship, smart buildings and smart cities. She sits on multiple boards.
