Del Nibeltto to help grow Canadian Channel Chiefs Council

Mandy Kovacs new Senior Writer for CDN

Fawn Annan, President, IT World Canada (ITWC), is pleased to announce that Paolo Del Nibletto has agreed to serve as the inaugural Editor Director for the Canadian Channel Chiefs Council effective immediately.

“The Canadian Channel Chiefs Council is a growing organization that will benefit from the channel knowledge that Paolo will bring,” says Annan. “His 17 years as writer and editor with CDN – Computer Dealer News ensure he has the skills required to help take the Council to the next level.”

The Canadian Channel Chiefs Council (C4) is the voice of technology channel professionals in Canada. Membership consists of IT vendors, solution providers and distributors that are on the front lines of solving major IT business challenges. The organization is dedicated to advancing the growth of channel professionals through education, research, events, and advocacy.

Corinne Sharp, the Council’s new president, said the addition of an editorial director to the organization’s small but powerful team guarantees the value of the C4 mission and mandate will be communicated widely to channel organizations ranging from startups to industry leaders.

“Joining the Canadian Channel Chiefs Council – on a full-time basis – is an exciting new chapter in my career,” says Del Nibletto. “While leaving CDN – Computer Dealers News was a hard decision, I know it’s time to pass the torch and I have full confidence that the most trusted brand in IT channel news is in good hands.”

ITWC Editorial Director Brian Jackson takes on the overall responsibility for CDN, but writer Mandy Kovacs will take on the lead channel role and become the Senior Writer of CDN.

“Mandy has experience writing channel stories, but she is looking forward to the opportunity to take a deeper dive into this important part of the tech sector,” says Jackson. “She will be reaching out in coming weeks to meet with channel leaders and consult with them on new and innovative ways the sector might be covered.”
